​1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your package has shipped.

​2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is free with orders over $250  (Otherwise $15)

​3. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

​4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us promptly with your order details so we can assist you in filing a carrier claim.
